Outpatient Support

A New Approach to Recovery

Houses of Hope offers comprehensive outpatient services to empower individuals on their journey to lasting recovery. Licensed alcohol and drug counselors and mental health therapists offer substance use evaluations, outpatient treatment, and intensive outpatient programming (IOP). Individuals in service can also connect with a Certified Peer Support Specialist in a safe and encouraging setting, fostering connection and accountability. All services use a co-occurring approach. Services in Spanish are available.

Intensive Community and Recovery Support services provide coordinated case management for adults with chronic substance use and serious mental health conditions, focusing on stabilization, recovery, and community integration through a collaboration called TASC. Funding Statement: For FY25, Houses of Hope is funded (5.34% or $306,914.95) from the Substance Abuse Prevention & Treatment Block Grant #B08TI087052 through the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, contracted through Region 2 and Region 5 Systems and the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Behavioral Health. Additionally, funding from the Division of Behavioral Health (34.91% or $2,005,809), Medicaid (50.03% or $2,875,000) and other non-governmental sources (9.72% or $558,410) support our projects.
