Houses of Hope provides confidential assessments for substance use and co-occurring mental health concerns, helping individuals access the care and support they need.

Outpatient Treatment

Outpatient treatment for substance use and mental health is available to individuals in group and/or individual sessions. Our supportive, client-centered approach fosters lasting recovery and overall well-being.

Intensive Outpatient Program

Houses of Hope offers an intensive outpatient program (IOP) using the Clare I Matrix Recovery Program. IOP includes at least 10 hours of group and individual sessions per week. Flexible day and evening hours are available.

Targeted Adult Services Coordination (TASC)

Intensive Community Services | Recovery Support

Targeted Adult Services Coordination (TASC) is a collaboration between Houses of Hope, Lutheran Family Services, Blue Valley Behavioral Health, and The Bridge Behavioral Health.

TASC is made up of several levels of care that are intended to support and enhance emergency services currently available in the 16-county Region 5 service area.

Houses of Hope serves as the Fiscal Agent for the TASC program and provides Intensive Community and Recovery Support services to adults with chronic substance use and serious mental health conditions

Funding Statement: For FY25, Houses of Hope is funded (5.34% or $306,914.95) from the Substance Abuse Prevention & Treatment Block Grant #B08TI087052 through the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, contracted through Region 2 and Region 5 Systems and the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Behavioral Health. Additionally, funding from the Division of Behavioral Health (34.91% or $2,005,809), Medicaid (50.03% or $2,875,000) and other non-governmental sources (9.72% or $558,410) support our projects.
